Trigent serves the US Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Capital Access (OCA), Office of Performance and System Management (OPSM) by providing customer-focused, around-the-clock IT Support Services to modernize the office’s loan and bond systems. Trigent provides Management Oversite, Operations, Maintenance, and Enhancement support for the OPSM's Capital Access Financial Systems (CAFS).
Trigent coordinates maintenance services for the Naval Postgraduate School's existing Student Information System, PYTHON, with minor modifications. We also issue the modification, enhancement, and development of PYTHON applications and Satellite Systems to improve capabilities and usability, as required by technology advancement, business process, and compliance policies and standards.
Trigent supports the Information Security Program of the Headquarters United States Air Force/Surgeon General (HQ USAF/SG) and Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA) by managing security administrative duties such as the following activities: systemizing visitor parking passes, security access badges, and sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearances; providing security compliance guidance to AF personnel; arranging meetings and travel arrangements using the Defense Travel System (DTS); monitoring and processing tasks using the Air Force Task Management Tool (TMT); establishing and maintaining office records and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations; enforcing Department of Defense (DOD) instructions for installation activities; and coordinating preventive maintenance, repair, and construction work to sustain safe, reliable operations.
Through Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracting, Trigent supports the DoS by providing staff experienced in the following administrative tasks: in-house Program Management, Human Resources, Accounting/Invoicing, Recruiting, Payroll, and Customer Service. In support of the Export Control and Related Border Security (EXBS) Program and mission to stem the proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), Trigent's Border Security Experts led the effort to develop an evaluation framework that includes Subject Matter Expert (SME) interview questions, quantitative data collection and analysis, and reporting methodologies. Our SEMs helped EXBS Advisors evaluate the efficiency of each program per host country to capture and report findings in areas such as foreign assistance, interaction capacity building, strategic export control, border control, law enforcement, and CBRNE security.
To support E-911 emergency center operations, Trigent issues Emergency Communications for Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Services, and Department of the Army Security Guard dispatch services. Additionally, our dedicated staff members respond to queries from the Kentucky National Criminal Investigation Check System and monitor fire alarm systems as well as the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System.
The FDA collaborates with Trigent to modernize and maintain its CLC BioSolutions and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platform. This leading bioinformatics analysis and visualization platform drives pathogen-related research in field labs across the U.S, including 14 state and federal public health labs as well as one commercial lab. We support the FDA's innovative use of whole genome sequencing through customized maintenance assistance, configuration management, and enhancements to the agency's CLC BioSolutions. Additionally, Trigent served the FDA's Center for Food and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) by providing storage and cloud migration solutions for the FDA’s Hybrid Storage Upgrade project. We also supported the FDA’s Sensor Upgrade project by providing specialized equipment and implementation support. Our support included 24/7 technical support (via web and phone).
Trigent provides the Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield with installation and maintenance services for new and existing Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, as well as other motion capture systems. Our support covers equipment, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision. We also offer VICON certified personnel, IP network camera management, and training sessions on new equipment.
Trigent supplied the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) with specialized equipment, such as a Resonance Scanner and MEP Core Equipment. We also managed equipment procurement, facilitating proper installation and full functionality.
Trigent works closely with Ft. Leonard to furnish trusted fire safety and operational ancillary equipment as well as commercial and industrial machinery, such as John Deere and Speed Queen.
To support and honor our troops and their families, Trigent collaborated with vendors and obtained affordable, quality bereavement furniture for Fort Hood.
Trigent has developed a solid relationship with the Corps by promptly and consistently delivering fairly priced, heavy-duty equipment, including tractors, snow blowers, and front-end loaders.
Trigent met and exceeded the GAO's goals by providing copyediting, graphic design, content creation, print media, and website design services. Our on-site and off-site support during normal and extended business hours improved the documentation and publication process of official records and Agency cases, such as correspondences, transcripts, news, journals, and congressional testimonies.
Trigent engineered a Technical Management Solution for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Public Affairs (OPA), and Department of Enterprise Communications (DEC). We helped execute the organizations' digital government strategy by expanding the DOL's Software Development Kits (SDKs) and by managing the continuous evolution of the department's ASP.NET MVC Web API Frameworks, yielding a new set of compliant software development tools. Additionally, we delivered marketing analytics and branding design to support the OPA.
Through Custom Development, SharePoint Management, and Technical Writing, Trigent helped HHS successfully implement the District of Columbia Access System (DCAS).  As a modern, integrated eligibility system for programs such as Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), DCAS is an essential human services solution.
The National Institute of Health (NIH) Clinical Center (CC) required Trigent to expand and update the delivery of RoundUP, the Center's in-house event management tool. Through subscription support, maintenance, and enhancement, Trigent incorporated the system into the SaaS subscription-based service model for the NIH CC's Department of Clinical Research Informatics (DCRI). The system provides NIH a software suite to quickly create, manage, and promote events using browser-based tools; it also supplies prospective attendees with event information, materials, and registration tools. In addition to modernizing RoundUP, we provide the following services: Website Content Development, NIH CC Branding for online course registration, Tier 1 Helpdesk Support, Web Development, Change Administration, Systems Engineering, Database Administration, Network Engineering, Information Security, and Project Management. We also created a Google Business View virtual tour for NIH CC to integrate it with Google Maps.
The objective of the OASH Audio Visual (AV) project is to successfully install and upgrade 61 rooms with AV services. In support of this mission, Trigent provided a turn-key AV solution, along with AV system installation and equipment. We also procure, assemble, install, test, and document the Agency's audiovisual systems as well as facilitate compatibility with the existing network infrastructure.
To encourage U.S. crop sustainability, Trigent efficiently delivered specialized equipment, such as plant growth chambers, simulator probes, gas analyzers, spectrometers, and incubators. Additionally, we provided Quality Control (QC) Maintenance for Bio-Oil Machinery, including installation of FTIR software components.
Trigent provided the following services for the Department of Treasury, Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSBDU): quality assurance of published documents such as the Treasury Small Business Handbook, functional design documentation, and beta testing for GUI hyperlink functionality.
