Through Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracting, Trigent supports the DoS by providing staff experienced in the following administrative tasks: in-house Program Management, Human Resources, Accounting/Invoicing, Recruiting, Payroll, and Customer Service. In support of the Export Control and Related Border Security (EXBS) Program and mission to stem the proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), Trigent’s Border Security Experts led the effort to develop an evaluation framework that includes Subject Matter Expert (SME) interview questions, quantitative data collection and analysis, and reporting methodologies. Our SEMs helped EXBS Advisors evaluate the efficiency of each program per host country to capture and report findings in areas such as foreign assistance, interaction capacity building, strategic export control, border control, law enforcement, and CBRNE security.
