The FDA collaborates with Trigent to modernize and maintain its CLC BioSolutions and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platform. This leading bioinformatics analysis and visualization platform drives pathogen-related research in field labs across the U.S, including 14 state and federal public health labs as well as one commercial lab. We support the FDA’s innovative use of whole genome sequencing through customized maintenance assistance, configuration management, and enhancements to the agency’s CLC BioSolutions. Additionally, Trigent served the FDA’s Center for Food and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) by providing storage and cloud migration solutions for the FDA’s Hybrid Storage Upgrade project. We also supported the FDA’s Sensor Upgrade project by providing specialized equipment and implementation support. Our support included 24/7 technical support (via web and phone).
